you should get a midi player and assign notes to movements,so you can play in realtime, offcourse the robot wil have a delay but the play would still be real time :D

These robot arms are too slow for piano playing but you could try to play a couple of octaves lower and with longer notes then speed up the video to get a decent rithm together with correct pitch/tone. Just an idea
