hi yes sugary fruit does feed candida. My son doesn't eat fruit.. even still maybe a green apple once in a while . although, since this video he has healed much more

I was reading a post below and wasn't paying attention...it wasn't your post it was someone else's ...thank you for posting this video ;-) I would love to know more about what your son eats and how to get my head around this. ;-) We've always done whole foods, then switched to gluten and dairy free some 9 yrs ago, then egg free, yeast free etc. However the Body Ecology just makes so much sense ;-) I've started doing the yck & kefir water ;-)
@wendypape But we've been high raw for a couple years and we've always eaten alot of fruits bananas, apples, watermelon, cantalope, cherries, berries of all kinds etc. I'm at a loss as to what we are going to eat LOL thanks again for the awesome video, your son is adorable!!! (mine are 2, 6 and 9)
smoothie is the best, i usually put in 7 large organic bananas with some strawberries and ice in a vita-mix blender. One whole ripe cantoupe smoothie with ice is also yummy :D
