The Film "Brennende Langeweile" was 1978 made by Wolfang Büld (Punk in London, 1977 Manta Manta,1991).

In 1979 Gaye was not more a member of the Adverts.

This is from the Cast of Thousands tour. This album was destroyed by the press but it´s a amazing and epic album produced by Tom Newman the same guy who made The Mike Oldfield's opus Tubular Bells

yes ,this would be early 79 ,saw them at the Marquee in Sept 79 , when they added Tim Cross and had a different guitarist and drummer . Cast of Thousands vastly underrated , powerful , insightful songs .

Yup , was 18 and took a trip to London , also saw the Damned with an adhoc lineup with Captain Sensible and Rat Scabies only . Also saw the Pretenders at the MArquee before they broke big . Iron Maiden was playing that week too , but didn't know anything about them .
