  • I'm at the same point you are at. The weight loss honeymoon is over and I have been searching for what to do...I have found the solution!!! Try reading a book called "the eat clean diet" tosca reno. I am 180 lbs and i lost 6 lbs the first week and feel so great and so full of energy. The only downfall is that I'm addicted to processed sugar so it's hard to find the strenght to eat a little and move on. You look great April!!! Your stonger than you lead on!! I know it!

  • You look great....will you be posting again...I spent my day watching your videos....I would love to see where u are and how u are doing now....I am 2 months out and glad I found your channel!!!

  • just want you to know I'm thinking about you... I miss your videos. Hugs...

  • April, I would love to know how you are doing! I have really enjoyed your videos, and hope to see more of them! Thanks!

  • Hey, would love to know how you are doing now!?! I am 13 weeks post op myself. I would love to know what it is like being where you are now. I hope you are well. you have been very inspiring for me. Thank you for all of your videos and advice and feed back.

  • Hey, I want to know how you are. I hope everything is going well with you and you're feeling great. Please update soon!

  • Love the wig....=)

  • I suggest unsweetened almond milk instead of creamer. It only has 40 calories per serving, so it's even lower then that if your just using it to color your coffee.

  • Congrats on your journey.. I went through similar things... i went and had the vertical sleeve lost 115 lbs... got busy with life and kids and put on 20-30 lbs now have hired a personal trainer who is putting me through the ropes. I also work out at curves 3 times a week. i weighed 270 and now I am 180 and am looking at having a body lift. I am excited but want to make sure I get the right DR to do the correct surgery. I still cant make up my mind.

  • You should visit IMPATIENT DIETERS page who weighed 247 lbs and lost it without surgery but she used simple techniques to get it off in 4 months.

  • Hi there. Hope you've been well and I also hope you update sometime soon.

  • that looks like a WIG ..not your real hair

  • @stfuih8ulol lol SOMEONE did not watch the video... because I said it was in like the first 30 secs... good job.

  • You should try HCG it will REALLY HELP YOU!!! BTW... You amaze me!!

  • you look awesome!!! that wig is amazing. I think wigs are fantastic. anyway I have a lot more to lose too i gained back some of mine (no pregnancy just overindulging a bit) but we can do this girl! i missed seeing your vids!

  • i actuzly saw ur fat surgery video & i actualy cried because i'am actualy overweighted to 170 pounds & i'am only 15 & i actually though that it really painful :/ i mean if i loose weight will i have the same things that i should do that surgery or not? :s sorry for my weird questio i gope you answere me

  • Hey girl. I deleted facebook, but I'm doing great here in Israel. Since moving here in June I have had to walk and I dont have access to the "good" (junk) foods in America anymore. I have had to walk to the store for my food! This has caused a 50+ pound weight loss since I've gotten here. I also had a 'deliverance' and it helped me get rid of my over eating/ obsessing over food. I would recommend that for you. Fasting once every few months for up to 10 days helps jumpstart me too. Grats to you!

  • Great update! You look absolutely fabulous!

  • Hi from Norway! Congrats on your new baby! I too am struggling with the need to eat after the birth. I am 2 yrs post op and 6 months after the birth. I had nausea throughout the pregnancy, which completely disappeared after birth, and I could eat and eat and eat. Since I am breastfeeding, I have allowed myself to eat those extra carbs, but now I feel the need to get back on track again. Start on Monday ;-)

  • YOU LOOK FABULOUS, THE HAIR TOTALLY ROCKS!

  • you look fantastic. FANTASTIC!

  • Welcome back, and yes it is hard keeping a house with children...You look great, and I LOVE the hair, I wear wigs also, and I wish more white girls would so people would get used to our hair changing all the time/any time. :) Thanks for the update.

  • I know you can do it, you have proven that before. I am cheering for you!

  • I love your house! I tried getting in touch with you on MSN, I really wanted to talk to you. :) I've been really regretting the lack of loss this year, and now that I'm married it's like "now I have nothing to lose weight for". I've been having a lot of mental struggles.

  • Love the wig :-) Where did you get it?? I will be watching you closely because I am headed straight where you are in a few months. I had my WLS in April of 09 and now I am due to give birth to my son in April of 11! I am really hoping to follow you as you get back to your pre preggo weight. I am already stressing about it myself! It's hard, but you can do it!

  • how was your body affected in the areas that you had the plastic surgery is your stomach still tight and do you plan to have any more children and if you do will the area where the plastic surgery was done ever need to be redone. Thanks I am thinking about plastic surgery one day.

  • Glad to have you back. Congrats on your baby girl! Hair looks beautiful! One day at a time...

  • cute wig

  • Whoo Hoo, Your back!, You look Great, Love the makeup and Hair!

  • Welcome Back!! You look great . Congrats on the baby. Im dying to see her. Also, Im so interested in seeing what your stomach looks like after having a baby with a Tummy Tuck. I got a TT back in Jan and I would highly be interested in seeing what it looks like after you give birth.

  • The wig look nice I like it. Congrats on the newest addition and welcome back! This place is a wonderful support group! So glad to see you are back!

  • Warrior on girl - warrior on!

  • @choosing2lose Thank you! The baby is wonderful and I love her.. but taking off the weight I gained seems like a big hill to climb up! I almost feel like the old me when I would gain and lose and gain and lose and now when I find myself back at a weight I thought I would never see it's a bit hard to face. I know I couldnt help it to some extent but.... arrrg. Gaining weight no matter what size you are always sucks!! But thanks for the good wishes!

  • You look so cute! Show us your belly! lol. Im very interested in seeing a belly after tummy tuck after baby...if that makes sense. I want a TT but not sure if its a good idea before I have a baby.

  • I'm glad that you're coming back to continue your journy with us. It can be a tremedous support for you. I so hear you about feeling like we'll have to struggle our whole lives with weight. I feel that way too Don't you jus wish you could live life without giving food another thought - just enjoy life and not have to think about food so much!

  • @MyBandedLife I DO wish I could live without thinking about food or calories! My husband has never known a diet a day in his life or ever had to count a calorie and I wish I could say the same.. but for reasons UNKNOWN to me, this is my battle in life to conquer.. so with my sword I run forward again into battle!!! Ok.. a bit dramatic! lol

  • I'm trying to get myself back on protien shakes for few weeks because I always see the best result when I am I'm on protein. I also have a few weeks before I can start to work out again...so I hope that I can get back down. Good luck and keep up posted.

Cute wig...I'm all about wigs now too..

  • I just had a baby a month ago after being post op 18 months. I gained almost 50 lbs which totally suck! I was good for about 7 months only gaining 25lbs but the last couple of months I couldn't stop it. I lost about 17 lbs right after the baby and now I have to work for the rest. I totally agree on how hard it is to go back to eating the same way. I allowed myself to eat thing...(SUGAR-FLOUR-SODA) while I was pregnant and now I'm trying to cut back.

  • @blkfem4whtmen I still have not gone back to Soda.. but I do have my own things I indulge in! It does seem much harder now.. I need a work out budy!

  • It's funny b/c it's really all about perspective. I am 7 months post-op saying I ONLY have 35 lbs to lose. You say, I have a lot of weight, 30 lbs. I suppose, from the other perspective, it probably does seem like a lot. I know you'll get it off. Good luck. BTW - your hair looks great like that. Very Kelly Clarkson.

  • @CtheSunshine That is very true.. I remember when I got into the 100's and I was SO ecstatic and said I ONLY have 50 more lbs to lose! lol It just seems harder now! But I am sure I can do it.. I HOPE! :P

  • Love the wig... Nice to see you... Being a mother is great, nothing like it in the world.. It is amazing..
