I was looking for a pain d'epice recipe and was delighted to find this one, complete with video of the wonderful Memee Denise. Merci! Later, I found the levure sachet is not yeast but baking powder (levure chemique). The French sachets are 2.5 tsp each, so the recipe takes 5 tsp total. Thank you again. :)
That looks fantastic. Another thing is that French people are so ordinary, you'd think they're different from most but there not. She is really fussy and particular which I like and bloody generous with all the ingredients she uses. Denise can have five stars.

i think there es a mistake in the english translation of this recipe; the translator wrote yeast but it's baking powder actually.
