The best solution for a weeping angel is to put a large mirror in front of it. It always looks at it self, there for it can never move. Problem solved. I got an idea. Whenever your are confronted by a Weeping Angel and must stare at it (this comes along the path of every young boy's life), DON'T BLINK, WINK, but instead ALTERNATE WINK eyelids so one eye blinks to give relief while the other stays open, then switch.

@killer937ful Well, the concept was when you looked at them they turned to stone, so alternating eyes, so long as you made sure the first was open before you closed the second you'd be fine winking...

However you still blink if one eye is closed and the other is open, as far as I can tell your body doesn't have a good way to measure the dryness of the eyes so still thinks it needs to blink.

A better solution would be to provoke a cat into a staring contest with one of these things.
