  • Even though its a good workout for your butt, it is a horrible exercise for your back. It can have long-term concequences.

  • how is this bad for your back? if anything, it will strengthen your back!

  • It's bad due to the weights and the way the back is bending.

    I'm not talking about the back muscle, b/c that will be strengthen by the exercise, but your spine is getting hurt as you do this. Over time it can give you permanent cronic pain.
