Dont be foolish.Tristao da Cunha was a Portuguese navigator. This island including StHelena was discovered by us Portuguese. portuguese in the past discovered many places but Portugal did not have enough people to go to those places to colonize.
@laton2010 First and foremost this in South Carolina in the USA. There is more than one St. Helena Island. Before you make a foolish comment know what you are talking about. French discovered it first and later the British it took over.......... further more who cares.
I'm an Englishman, aged 47, who used to work at the Unigate factory in Scrubs Lane (Willesden, London) in the early 1980s. There were loads of saints working there in those days. I remember the good times we spent drinking in the College Park and the Masons Arms and the William IV pubs. Do any of the 'Scrubs Lane saints' remember those days?
Hello, I was stationed at Beaufort naval hospital. My friend Mamie Simmons worked there, then she worked at the clinic on Parris Island. Do you know her?
