Question for you Jonathan: considering that my eyes are hooded as well as deep set, would a winged eyeliner be something that could work for my eyes or would you recommend against it for myself?
@surberandre hey andrew :) with the right technique, you can pull off a winged liner. i would test different widths and angles to see which looks better for your eye shape. it's possible to create a wider looking eye with the right liner and eye shadow colours :)
