I just made this flower to go on a slouchy tam... video was very easy to follow along with and finished it by the time the vido ended w/o pausing. im not that great at crocheting, but u made it easy to do!!!!!!! :D
I very much appreciate that you are like us.. and you include the error/corrections to your tutorials. We all do this and it makes me feel like I am learning from a friend. Thank you.
I agree with what as said below. There should be 2 small (ch 2) petals and 3 large (ch5) petals. The picture is not very clear but it helps to know what the flower looks like as well. Brackets, parenthesis and asterisks (and especially when used together) can be very confusing. All in all, your flowers still look great! Thanks for your videos! AJ
mike you may think there is alot going on at the starting ring its not you its the sugar and cream yarn it is very thick i hate that yarn its very thick and squeeky
I can help..... any time you see anything in brackets then a number of times to do it you follow that IE (2sc in ring ch2 ) twice = do this 2 times only THEN (2sc 5 ch in ring) 3 times = end result 2 small petals 3 big petals. get it? take one step at a time when reading a pattern also what helps is to read the whole row or round before doing it. as you see sometimes its kinda broken up in a round with the brackets ( ) hope this helps =)
