@09DjDash Nothing i still had warrenty left on it. I got one absolutley free in the mail. I just paid like 15 dollars shipping for Apple to take a look at it.

@TheMayraChambers try to reset your connection in settings general and on he very bottom if not configure your router or restore your pod if none of these methods work then call apple. Hope this helps!!

hey on my ipod, when you see "wifi" it says "NO WIFI". it started like 3 days ago out of nowhere. So now i don;'t have an option to get wifi. Does anyone now how to fix it???

@will5176 , yeah mine does that,, all u have 2 do is turn it off for a min (press the 2 bottons) n when u turn it back on.., it should b all good..

@WWE12J yeah I did that and I reset the network multiple times through the week and it still never worked my internet was fine it was the antenna on the ipod all along.

the ipod touch 1g is horrible on wifi....the 2g and 3g have strong wifi connections..its a hardware failure

Could be anything to be honest try asking Apple maybe they can install a new Wi-fi antenna into your phone.

As long as you have warrenty on your ipod and you give it to apple theres a 50/50 chance you'll recieve a brand new one in the mail as I did.

This happened to mine. I called apple, and they couldn't fix it..so I took it into best buy where the geek squad couldn't fix it. It only scanned for wifi for like 1/2 of a second. take it back to wherever you bought it..there's no other way.

Yeah I got the same problem too. My IPod touch is 2.1.1 ans the laptop of my sister can detect wi-fi but my itouch can't :s and i don't know how to fix it. .

i've just got a new ipod touch and it does the exsact same. The thing is i've got ADSL connection on my computer and that is meant to be the crapist network possible. Do i need to swich to broadband for it to work?

I have the same problem, it stats when i upgrade from 1.1.4 to 2.1. I don´t have any networks, I have a laptop and it has WIFI. You say I hace to take it to apple??

Well not nessesarily, my problem was irreplacable which ended up apple sending me a new ipod (hence video 2) but try resetting ur network settings under settings in your ipod. if not configure ur firewalls and check ur wireless settings on your ipod. back everything up first

try "admin" for your password or try to get closer to the router or wireless adapter

Yeah i tried that too didnt work. I gave my ipod back to Apple and ended up getting a brand new ipod back from Apple because they couldn't fix the problem.
