Very effective training regime. I have one question though. How does one develop strength in the pressing area's (eg straddle leg presses and especially legs together)?
What is the purpose of the third exercise? (incline pushup position against the pommel horse & then flipping over) Just stretching/opening up the hips?
dang, if there was a gymnastics center like that around where i live. i would spend everyday there. that place looks awesome.
