And how would that have changed anything? Also, what if he doesn't like fender guitars? It was a relatively good video. My only problems is that it sounds a little too metal. I love metal but it doesn't seem to dit with this song. It should have had less distortion/gain and using the neck pickup couldn't have hurt.

I think if he had used a Fender Stratocaster, the metal problem would be gone.

But, of course, less distortion/gain could solve the "problem", but to get the real Gilmour sound, if you want it, you've got to have a Fender Stratocaster.

Ok, people need to be 5 starring this instead of a crappy 4 star. You are, quite possibly, the only guitar "teacher" that actually bothers to show in detail how to play the song. Most just play the song, then breeze through it slightly slower and you have to watch it several times to figure out what they're trying to get at.  Kudos to you.

I have a Line 6 spider 2 half stack and i used the 3rd preset with a little chorus mixed in along with some reverb ( the 3rd effect setting has a little bit of delay too) its a nice stack fun to mess with all the different effects
