You can get these sort of tracks for almost any 4x4... and they wont leak oil from diffs and t'case like the LR's do.

I agree...They ARE awesome....but SUPER expensive....$50,000 bucks for a set of four!!! Even at half-price, they would STILL be too expensive for most folks.

I think they are going for the commercial, oil-industry exploration market....and are trying to re-cap their original research and prototyple costs!! Priced out of market for the little guy...like me....I would LOVE to put a setr on my Series IIA...but not at $50,000 ...not even at $10,000 !!! LOL.

Chadmerlin - don't worry, you can still get a very capable Land Rover without spending too much. I have a 1977 109" diesel which still does what it was designed to do.
