Paul Weller has been taking the piss for so long now that if he brought out an c.d of steeleye span covers he could do no wrong. When Paul was given his lifetime award at the brits a few years ago he should have given Bruce and Rick the call.. when it was Bruce, Rick and Pauls arrangments that made the jam so special in the first place. Bruce Foxton was always a major insperation for many bass players growing up in the late 70s early 80 fact. and the frowny faced one knows this all to well.

Went to sheffield last night, what a gig, No weller isnt there but russell hastings isnt trying to be him either s the program says hes fully aware of his responsibilities to the Jam fans. Best two hours of my life for a long time (sorry love!!!)

Now that is shameful - Foxton was always a muppett and that Russ Hastings looks like he has been Tangoe'd !! Plus the fact that neither can sing - Weller must watch these clips when he needs a good laugh !!
