Hi. Thanks vor the vid tutorial. ALMOST exactly what I was looking for ;) Do you have any idea how I can make the burst effect more noticable on a larger image? As the wind effect doesn't do much with it, even if I keep repeating it, as it vanishes and becomes blurry :s

how do you duplicate a layer? i right click and nothing says "Duplicate Layer"

I had the picture saved on my computer, so I went File > Open, in Photoshop, and then selected the picture.

You just need to do wind again, and keep repeating it until you get something suitable.
