yeah, if the other team pops offensive cooldowns on you while freely doing damage and your team does... absolutely nothing about it except stand around and be really dumb, you tend to die in 3 seconds

More like 5~ seconds. And yes why not? There's visual and audio addons to warn about RECKLESSNESS and BLADESTORM not to mention just the animations and sound in game. You know the things that can ONLY occur together every FIVE MINUTES. And only a MAGE will take that much damage that's why they have a thing called ICE BLOCK... not just once but TWICE ffs. Btw you can heal 100%- 0 in 4 seconds. Do you think that's "justified"?

@raoulisful With the games current burst, it is justified. Also, no team at the moment has so little CC that they can't lock the healer up for even 5 seconds. Also, having to pop a huge defensive CD in the first 5 seconds (literally) is just stupid.

Maybe you like shitty balancing and cataclysm gameplay, but I, as well as many of the other GG's from wrath that have quit due to the incredible imbalancing, think it's completely ridiculous.

You quit because you suck at the game. Using a 5min cooldown that can be refreshed to counter a... SURPRISE SURPRISE... 5 min cooldown is how you play the game. First 5 seconds? Should've they waited until he was "comfortable" to take the burst? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

@raoulisful Never said I quit, and I doubt all of the wrathful gladiators that are now on arena tournament quit because they suck at the game.

I've already said what I needed to say, and you just spew out a bunch of stupid bullshit to refute it. You don't even factor in CC or RNG, and how the mage went from 40% to dead in one global (which no good mage would use ice block at 40% unless it was obvious he needed it, which it wasn't)

Guess you don't use logic in the 1300 bracket. Makes sense.

You already said that 5 second 100% to 0% deaths are justafiable by one cooldown (not to mention the infinite uptime warriors have on pretty much anything if they run with any sort of healer that knows what they are doing) What would they do if the priest got in a 10 second CC instead of 5? Just die? Cause that's possible after 15 seconds in any scenario.

My mage in 391 ruthless and pve trink rarely crits that hard ever. I just don't like the idea of having to use a huge defensive CD in the first 5 seconds of the game, especially at that point where ice block would just get dispelled during their burst.

weird, my mage crits people that hard... every single time i've casted a trinketed crit shatter in patch 4.2 ever (well, actually a trinketed double crit FB+FFB shatter is more like 75k damage on 4k resil)
