God damn Sonic 4 was a crappy game. Still debating on whether I'll get episode 2 to see if problems are fixed, but then again I was expecting episode 1 not be so flawed.

I hope SEGA doesn't have a similar reaction to all the criticism they got over Sonic 4's physics. Those need to be fixed, along with the overabundance of speed boosters. That's not exactly something they should ignore. The game was good otherwise, a step in the right direction, but they definitely have some stuff to work out before Episode II,

Sonic 4 is a joke. The graphics are great, but the controls and physics are the absolute worst. It's an unreasonably difficult effort just to maintain speed and momentum. How could you honestly screw up such a thing (accessible speed)? That's is the single biggest concept that made the original so successful. What a waste. Play before you spend any money on this. Wish I did.

Wow...just...wow...what the...hell...is wrong with these guys? I have been a Sonic fan since my first console was a Genesis, but I don't see a reason to boycott. Er...did I use that term right? Anyway, I'd rather give this a try first, maybe later episodes will improve in some way. Much like the first Strong Bad episode from Telltale Games, which did okay compared to the sequels.

These people obviously don't know what "boycott" means, since Sonic 1, due to its age, would actually be more expensive than a PSN game divided in chapters. And it doesn't matter how they get it; Sonic Classic Collection, Megal Collection, Ultimate Genesis Collection, Wii Shop Channel, XBLA... it just costs more than Sonic 4. So this means that SEGA is making money out of STH4 anyway, whether it was direct or not.
