Business Owners Ripped Off by Better Business Bureau

If a business is not a member then BBB should not have the right to issue ratings or scores or grades regarding whether or not a company is a good or bad company yet they allow their employees to say whatever they want about a non member company.

BBB also only grades on negativities not possitives. A company can have anywhere from one to a 100 complaints and 1 million satisfied customers yet the bbb only grades on complaints. No matter how old they are. Not a fair system at all.

My company was ripped off by the BBB. We did not receive a accreditation or a refund. My rating is an F. I think that F Rating stands for f*** y***.

The BBB is a joke. The company I work for has been trying to get their F rating removed which was caused by two complaints which were unfounded and unproven. The BBB has a policy of "guilty until proven innocent" rather than "innocent until proven guilty". Their rating system is flawed and the "suits" are only worried about padding their pockets with pay off money.
