If a recipe calls for it, I only make that recipe if I'm going to finish the bottle so it doesn't sit in my fridge and spoil. As for browning the shrimp, no thanks, I don't like my shrimp the consistency of pencil erasers. Maybe you should focus on your spelling and sentence structure.

@monstersVSjesus I think the most important thin is to make sure your oil is really, really hot. Otherwise you will be boiling food in it rather than frying it to a crisp. Hope this helps! Have a wonderful weekend!

I like to use lime for my shrimp scampi. I guess you cant really call it shrimp scampi, but it adds a nice flavor as opposed to the lemon
