If you search something in current events, there will be MANY results (higher demand) and therefore will be more likely to be protected against other people showing the music. Record companies are afraid of competitors distributing their music.

Youtube can only be boring if you look for things that bore you and are highly protected. Old things are good too, and no one protects that.
