One suggestion would be to create an action and record your steps before you start to create a macro profile so you can apply the settings to any photo without repeating all the steps. If you use vintage a lot Lightroom would be better as it's easier to add filters and refine them.

I like this style of editing! So many layers though. Do we use these layers on any photo we want to edit, or was this just for that particular photo?

@DYE9 thank you for the comment and watching the video. to answer your question, its honestly up to you, whichever colors or how many ever colors you think is possible to do the job is really up to you, i just chose those color because i wanted that exact photo to look that way =)
