you get one because every day your body is replacing its cells and for some reason in some people when the cells over grow their bodies immune system does not attack and kill them and it keeps growing. It is your own body cells gone crazy

you're right about the freckles not being involved with the tumor, but strictly speaking freckles are considered a type of skin disease. Dermatology textbooks call it Ephelides and they can be treated with hydroquinone, azelaic acid, or glycolic acid peels. They're just so harmless that they're almost never treated. This is really just a "useless information" comment, but I was bored.

Freckles in themselves are a type of melanoma, skin cancer, as can be warts and many other skin conditions most take for granted. Google it or us Wiki to find out all about just how easy it is to get cancer from really benign things.

the only part about my arm surgery i thought amusing was the anesthesiologist was asking me how much i should have. I thought are you nuts but they don't want to give too much. I woke up during surgery.
