  • Well, let's just say this. My wife of 2 mos uses cayenne pepper. Since we got married, I have been eating more and have lost almost 10 lbs (and I was already slim , and never lost weight like this before in my life).

  • I'm gonna try it, I've been getting into herbal remedies lately and just kinda stumbled onto the positive effects of cayenne. I've gained 10 lbs since last summer, I'm gonna try it.
