Such a statement is a "belief", bqreus! As you say, "Don't believe anything. Know everything." Sure there are bad apples. Protestantism was created in reaction to the corruption in the Catholic Church. But that doesn't mean ALL spiritual authorities are corrupt, or that there are no genuine Spiritual Masters, or that the only realiable "guru" is oneself (NOT!). Great discrimination is needed, based on "knowing" (as you say). See the recommended links to read firsthand accounts about Adi Da.

Appreciate ur heart response! 2 clarify: "Adi Da" was only the human bodily incarnation of the Divine Itself,God. Responding to our cry for understanding,God manifest bodily,in order to "speak human",so wed "get it". God completed that work 11.27.8. Therefore,He-God has/will always exist. We are part of God,as always. God was/will always be every "where". We miss the Gift,if we see Him only as a human. Adi Da's books,clearly explain Reality of existence here & addresses all misconceptions.

Adi Da said he was born that way. Ramana didn't have a teacher. Many have awakened without a guru. Frankly, there aren't enough teachers to provide enough direct transmission to change enough people before the world falls off a cliff. At a certain point, methods of transmission must evolve and take place in a different way for many more people than in the traditional way, or we are all in trouble.

When Ramana Maharshi was asked what did he think of what Krishnamurti said when he said that one does not need a Guru for realisation, he responded, "How would he know?".

So Ramana was basically telling this man that Krishnamurti was not realised and therefore was not qualified to make such a statement.

Yes, Ramana repeatedly communicated the need for a Guru: "Realization is the result of the Master's Grace more than teachings, lectures, meditation, etc. They are only secondary aids, whereas the former is the primary and essential cause."

It's true that Adi Da is All-Pervading: inside you and outside you.

But the only "Guru" that is exclusively "within you" is called the ego.

You can make that one your Guru, but so long as you do, it's guaranteed suffering for you. The only Guru who will actually relieve you of the suffering of the ego is the Divine.

As long as you still have a "within", you are going to suffer. Only God-Realization (in which both "within" and "other" are dissolved) will relieve you of suffering.

I'm sure this is true. Can you seek the guru within, read the scriptures of the master,and find Enlightenment I say yes, It is possible.

of course if you had the means to seek out the great teachers. It would be better. Not everyone has the money to go traveling all over the world

The good news is that the Spiritual Transmission of the greatest Spiritual Masters can be received anywhere. Adi Da's devotees feel His Blessing-Transmission right where they live, every day -- regardless of where they live.

Even the guru, who is just the human incarnation of enlightened energy or christ energy, realizes himself through the aid of spiritual masters or beings that speak through the 5th dimension. So it is impossible to claim someone becomes enlightened alone because the very nature of enlightenment is re-connecting with all conciousness... reconnecting with the 5th dimension, which is bliss or heaven. We are always being helped and guided.

hit a terrible fear, saw cramp at Heart, fell apart, noticed open hands, then head pressure, kicked out of ashram immediately, 7 years ago, but Love You and contemplate Your videos daily.
