I saw the cotteridge tramp in the petrol station in harborne about a year ago. i asked him if he used to live in cotteridge and he got a bit cagey and said no, i was mistaking him for the tramp... it was defintely him tho. i think he has his own place now and is trying to leave his past behind him.
