I would think that gigantic air foil front end is going to create so much downforce that the already struggling rear wheel will be useless. This design simultaneously accepts and rejects the fact that two wheels is better than one.
You are mistaken, many upright RT configured 3 wheelers are able to pull over 1G on the skidpan, this is a task that only the best 4 wheel sportscars can beat.

Yes, it has a low C.G. and inadequate ground clearance.
This "vehicle" is a complete joke.
It would "high center" going into and out of most driveways.
