My siberian does the same. He's actually quite obsessed with water and faucets - he comes running from across the house when he hears a sink go on or the shower or bath. When i take a shower or bath I have to fight him to keep him out of my water hahaha. I suppose some cats are just strange in this way :).
how funny. My husband's grandmother adopted a 2 year old cornish rex and he also drinks out of the faucet. He refuses to drink from a bowl actually. I wonder if this is a common thing for this breed?
I have had three cornish rex/s. One of them does exactly this!!! She'll come running when she hears the tub go on and won't drink from a bowl... but she will drink from my glass.
That is very cute! Thanks for sharing it. My black cat, Corkie (1980-85) drank by dunking his paw in my milk and licking it all off. Rats sometimes do this too. Usually not on camera, though.

Vacuumed? Ha ha! I have never had a pet of any kind like that. My lizards run from the vacuum. But I did have an iguana who rode the oscillating fan and fell asleep on it sometimes.
WOw he drinks like a human by puting its paw (hand) out to drink water. By the way your cat is very cool! I'm going to get a dog.For last is cool to speak 2 or more languages like you and my. I speak english, Spanish little of french,little of latin, little of german ,and finaly a little of russian.How about you ;D
I've seen other cats do this too ... not so weird, but not typical either

My Cornish Rex like drink from any Faucset. The fresher the water the better.
