It's like the power he had in AW1 when the player uses it, am I right? Probably they made a nerfed version of him in this game as well, but they scrapped it?

@M30W3R That's a possibility too. Although less likely - In AW1 Vs Sturm was the last CO and in AW2 this data is placed before the SCOP Meteor strike.
