I've been looking for s2000's sounds for 3 years...this video absolutely the BEST SOUND AROUND!!! I'd like to put this exhaust on my2k too but here in italy not legal...the first time I open the gas they get my car's documents.... ;-(

who ever thinks this car is crap obviously never drove one. I test drove plenty of other cars before buying my 07 s2k, no other car in its class came close to the feeling of driving one. Honda had one thing in mind when they built this car RACING

I've never driven one but i'll take your word for it. I hate people that judge this car just because its a honda. I get a rush when driving my car. I just put some 19' HRE custom rims on it and people tell me that those rims only belong on an exotic car and not on a honda. I say screw them and let them live in there ignorance!

HRW rims are pretty dope too, but you can never go wrong with BBS

i'm thinking about getting a s2k as my second car, i test drove a 04 last year and i really enjoyed it... i already know what mods i've got in store for it and i'm pretty excited, definitely gonna get the gold BBS 18"s, hardtop,n hks high power exhaust... maybe a turbo, just maybe

Its a great choice. Every mod i put on the car makes it better and better. So far I have a aem intake, Berk header, Greddy ti-c exhaust, tein coilovers and my HRE's. I'm considering a Full Race turbo kit. It puts down a good 430hp at the wheels with proper tuning. The possibilities are endless with the s2k

rx8 has more power per liter of displacement. I'll explain with no math:

2.0 or 2.2 liter s2000;

1.3 liter rx8;

They make almost the same horsepower and torque.

lets pretend were talking about engines with pistons.. cause we are.. honda makes the best N/A engines per liter of displacement. was the first company to make 100hp per liter, i think.

the rx8 can make similar power because of the rotary motor..............and idk 4sure but im pretty confident that the rx8 weighs an assload more than the sduce

you're right, it's because of the rotary engine. however, considering the rx8 has 4 doors and seats four, they're pretty similar in weight. the s2000 is an awesome car with high power and still manages to be a low emission vehicle. IMO, both cars are awesome (having driven the rx8 two or three times).

That's not considering motorcycle engines. Even honda's own cbr1000 makes like 180 hp in just 1 liter.

omg just shut up, when the top gear analysed this car they said its vtec kicked in at 6500rpm and u could easily take it 10000rpm if it had on the taco, honda engines are built for high rpms der sexy engines
