@gamefreak8635 thanks but I think how I can fly to this highest point, beacause I play GTA 4 on PS3 and the anihilator has a limited amount of flight. I can fly only to satellite transmitters but no higher. I don´t know whether this is a mod for pc where you can fly as high as I want.

i jumped off there with a bike (MOD) and jumped off then i landed headfirst intoa taxi minivan and survived, but the taxi had a huge denton the top so big that u can see the drivers head sticking out haha i got lucky,
