you can get out of that room its just real hard you have to jump and crouch in mid air

first 1 is easy i went in that room and i eventully got out you need to crouch jump jump crouch and repeat for a few seconds and your out.

It's possible to get out - Knife upwards while sprinting, then jump and immediately crouch afterwards.
