It will last to infinity when the $106,800 in taxable income cap is removed and millionaires have 100% of their income taxed like the 100% of our income is currently taxed. Right now, a millionaire only pays 10% while we pay 100%. This is just another tax shelter for the rich that needs to be removed. Payouts would double and the system would last forever.

Drugs are not illegal. Some are classified as controlled substances, some as prohibited. Selling or buying these two classifications without a liscence or prescription is illegal but not the consumption of them.
Drunk driving is illegal because a drunk person might kill another person that is a legally defined entity.
