  • wtf is the of the song plox ¡?

  • No point in arguing what has already happened. The United States won a war against a worthy adversary, and is the only country that has given us a run for our money conventionally after 1812.

  • Super film i super podkład muzyczny,bravo...

  • those big guns battleships and cruisers were destroyed by american carriers and their planes. they were destroyed even before their guns were in range to fire to the american fleet.

  • The Turks and the Japanese re-elevation of Asia's two holy nation! Cursed against China and to Russia ...

  • @87Akhenaton You're not making any sense.

  • Still nice video. Thanks!

  • They didnt put weight on developing radar, and had a silly right wing government, rigid command structure/bushido philosophy and little recources including oil.

What do you expect ? Im not discussing this, the outcome of the war wa decided when they attacked USA. Couldn't be more obvious!

  • Japanese navy was really very powerful, but all ships were sent to the bottom of Pacific by the US navy.

  • @Crocodile138 By US navy, British navy, Australian navy, etc. You gotta give it to the Japanese, they were one against the many.

  • Good video, japanese navy; one of the most powerful navies of the world.

  • this drum is old medieval japanese pirates marching signals, i think

  • most beautifull battlecruisers

  • The name of a song「Kagiroi ha yomi ni matamuto」

The composition of writing songs is Kawai Kenji.

  • Glad to find this video again.... and the great music !

  • I have discovered for myself that JAPANESE LANGUGE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!

  • this song dissapered for months...i am listening to it for the first time in a long time....and its giving me the epic chills

  • and in USA it was FOR WHITES ONLY period. And period when usa citizens of japanese origin were kept in concentration camps (you may call them with other name). And time when nukes were used only because of stupid curiosity (what they will do to living creature). A cuuld say lot of things about United Nazistates, but should I????

  • Those nukes saved the Japanese people. Not from their government, but their government's refusal to surrender. We could have easily crippled their rail-lines with aerial bombardment and starved the urban nation.

  • USA sucks!!!

  • @CopperFangunlimited absoluteli agree with You!

  • How well are drums synchronised with ships cannons firing:)

  • Below we see a sample of that unfortunately well-known and prevalent species, the halfwit. Common around the world, the halfwit (this particular specimen is a "moronicus Americanus") has but few pastimes and little capacity for careful thought, reasoned analysis or arriving at sensible, well-judged conclusions.

The species has a peculiar affinity for YouTube, where it likes to post ineducated, obnoxious responses to videos in a mangled pidgin somewhat resembling English. Highly toxic. Avoid.

  • Brilliant deduction. I suppose that there are certain national similarities; both this country and Japan are based in a group of islands, both have navies... er... well, I'm sure they give marks for effort at the school for trolls anyway. Touché.

  • yeah i guess your right concidering that it was kept from the public and lower class militants

  • Beautiful... :D

  • fucku kimchi

  • i was wondering the same thing the Yamato class should have been included... those were 75 thousand ton displacement and were the biggest ever set to seas to this day

  • Mostly because footage of Yamato and Musashi is rather on the rare side. The ships were constructed in conditions of the tightest secrecy, so much so that it wasn't until post-war inspections by the Allies that it was realised they shipped 18.1in main guns, rather than the 16.1in used on the Nagato class.

  • and the yamato and musashi?? the most and biggest powerfulls battleships of the world are not incluyed in the video why??

  • Appalling!!! The Invincible Armada of Japan!!! It surpassed the Allied and Axis power in terms of innovation and technology with the greatest 12 battleships of the Imperial Japanese Navy. The Japanese Carrier fleet is the greatest in the world, supported by the big guns, the battleships.

  • what a great navy. like the kongo class battleship in the footage.

  • I doubt any of the ships in the video are the Yamato. As far as I know there isn't any video of the Yamato or her sister ships due to the extreme level of secrecy surrounding them.

I would guess the crest is of the ships the video shows later which sort of look like Ise-class Battleships but all of Japan's battleships looked similar so it's hard to say.

  • Believe it or not there's a film of the Yamato here on Youtube, i think the name of the guy is Reina or something like that. Yamato is seen from a distance, however you can distinguish it. BTW, all japanese BB had pagodas except the Yamato class but they didn't look the same.

  • I didn't say same, I said similar. Except for the Yamatos they all had the padogas, twin turrets, and raised forecastles. From the angles it's hard to tell what the rear turret placement was and where exactly the boiler funnels are to distinguish them.

  • dude similar = same , check it on a dictionary lol.

  • is that first ship with crest on it's bow yamato ?

  • It's a Kongo class battleship, most likely Hiei after its last refit before war broke out. According to the shape of the bow, it can't be Nagato class. According to the position of the crest (not lean downwards), it's not a Fuso or Ise class.

  • what a great navy it was at the time. Too bad it wasnt a match for the US navy

  • I found it, the song comes from the second part ( Ghost in the Shell Innocence)

  • I don't know the name of the song, but I'm pretty sure it either comes from the first or second part of anime movie "Ghost in the shell". check it out!!!

  • Name of the song? please...
