  • Yeah boyeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!! Love this!

  • My dad too me to the Center 3 Cinema's In San Diego to see Grand Prix

when i was six yrs old in 1966,

    Ill never forget it,

I was alway's enamored by the banking on the Monza circuit in North Italy,

I mean that part of the track was incredible,

you had to be going at least 80 mph to stay up there,

  • f-1 has lost it as far as passion, and romancing of the car's and the great driver's in the past,

the car's look like a joke compared to REAL F-1 Car's in the 60's,

too much tech, and silly aerodynamic's garbage,

let the driver's drive and not the car's,

  • vc sabe onde eu posso baixar o filme legendado completo? Se souber me passa o link?

  • ウエーバーサウンド(キャブ)

    エギゾースト

    今の車には到底ないですね。

    ましてやマニュアルミッションも

    ヒール&トリューなんてこと、いまの若者知らないでしょうね。

  • this movie is absolutely brilliant, i am only a fifteen year old kid that can't even fathom about how amazing f1 racing was back in the sxties, but this movie sums it all up fr me and whenever i watch this movie with my dad or by myself, it still gives me goosebumps.

  • I don't think anybody has ever created credits better than Saul Bass.

  • you and me both brother,

I keep watching this part from the opning scenes in the film, from where the camera is at the back of the grittyy sweet sounding Climax1,5, or 2 litere V8,

then the BRM 261's showing the slide injection,

But really ,,, Its the scene of the camera at the pipes of that Climax V8 revving up in the pit's,

I mean that thing is PURE MUSIC TO AN ENGINE NUT'S EAR'S

    Woooowsie,

  • Hand made cars with pilot skills. Great era! They have to deal with death!

  • Great Movie!

  • didnt saul bass just do the music, and john frankenheimer directed.

    best movie ever

  • I agree with everyone on here. This is an awesome example of cinema! Long live Saul Bass!

  • How old is this movie? 40 years? Nearly 50 years old? I watched it at the Summit Cinerama in Detroit when it first came out. The opening sequence still, to this day, gives me goosebumps.

Like others on here have said, turned me into a road racer-- not a car, a motorcycle. But, everytime I would grid (back then), and the revs would build in anticipation, I would think of this scene.

    Great-- thanks!

  • rock hard,ride free :)

  • Thanks so much for this - I am going to get the DVD out again tonight - I love that line 'Drive the car, don't try and stand it on its bloody ear!'

  • Thanks for this. Every time i watch this i put this whole film on my surround system. wooo whoooo

  • THANK YOU finnaly some one up loaded the beggining, i love the slide throttle bodies!
