The structure song always reminded me of Jimmy Page's Black Dog. Anyone else ever think that? Both songs END in outro solos, etc... Why didn't Joe Perry get the credit Jimmy Page gets? Walk This Way is better than Black Dog, in my opinion. I'm sure I'll get flack for saying that, but it's WAY better.
I wonder if there's some connection between the cold, your childhood, and Aerosmith? Like did you catch a cold at an Aerosmith concert after one of the roadies spit next to you? Colds are sometimes a sign of artistic maturity. But your fate happened entirely by accident - there is no such thing as your destiny. You, yourself, chose to get a cold and you knew it would help you figure out those licks. Stay in control of it all Steve!
u suck at teaching what about people who dont have a ear like some people we cant just listen and play u kinda haft to break it down a liitle more then that
Whoa!! your amp sounds awesome with that strat!! I have a nice Epiphone SG but it sounds horrible on my really old basic fender amp. It has wayyyyyyy too much feedback.
It's a EJ strat, into XTS precision overdrive, Marshall JCM 2000 ( barely crunchy B side of clean channel), into palmer speaker emulator/ load box. Camera mic picks up sound from monitor speakers that I use for Pro Tools recording.
