Personally Dan Green's voice is too deep for knuckles. He sounds like he's in his 40s. While the voice acting was horrible in sonic adventure, Knuckles' voice actually suited him.

I wasn't surprised with his voice in Sonic Underground...I was expecting it to sound like that...
