Wow! Talk about memories! Congratulations. 6509L was the very plane that I too, soloed with back in 1996...My CFI had me do my 3 on RWY 31 "The Grass" when S43 had it oriented differently than parallel w/14/32. Thank you for sharing! BTW is 5125B still there at the school? (another favorite) - Ray

Hey thanks! Yeah, 6509L was a good plane. They had it for sale last year. Not sure if anyone did buy it, but its sitting in a hanger right next to the main road. I notice it when I drive by it all the time! And 5125B, that one wasnt there when I was flying, was that the green one?
