The note chart isn't fake, it seems to just be a placeholder. If you notice, it's an earlier build of the game, the setlist is shifted around and IWC is still there. The notechart spells out "HI BRAKELS", referring to Dan Brakeley, Harmonix programmer.

they've really started going to these homestar songs. its not a bad thing actually, trogdor (metal version) is awesome in GH II. anyways, wonder if in GH3 they'll do "SBEMAIL" or Moving Very Slowly by Taranchula. Also next time, actually PLAY the notes. it's annoying not hearing what is one of the greatest things to come out of the homestar runner site.
