Maybe it's funny when Jason Alexander does it, but not anyone else.
He's treated very unfairly in just about EVERY episode. That's the formula: something unfair happens to him, he says something, so they get defensive and it becomes a screaming-match.
A french polisher can fix these table mark issues no problem. I bet her family have been having tables polished since the french revolution. Storm in a tea cup really.
