I was just going to say that. They kind of get a frizzy fro thing happening. My mom has one. A coton has super straight silky "hair"...maybe some poodle in there. cute dog and wonderful tricks. Very adept!

Thanks for the compliments! Fluffy has always walked on two legs since we got her so don't have any tips to train another dog to do this other than find out what he really likes as a treat and hold it above his head until he stands up and tries to get it. Then move it away in the direction you want him to walk. Take it easy at first; be careful you don't overdo it and hurt his back.

Thanks for the comment. Chica (Fluffy) is a Coton de Tulear which is a similar breed to the Bichon. One difference is that the Bichon's coat is curly while the Coton's is straight.

To teach them to roll-over, make the dog lie down on his side, then roll them over and immediately reward him with a treat. Do it several times and he should get the idea.
