So I think the only instances of romance in Bionicle was with Hewkii and Macku(almost), and Sahmad and the unnamed agori. Also, Roodaka did use the word "marriage" in Bionicle 3, but we all know there was no actual romance between Sidorak and Roodaka.

I would like to point out a few things. Jaller and Hahli were just close friends. It never got romantic. Hewkki and Macku's relationship almost got romantic (when Macku tried to kiss Hewkki.) It was confirmed that the joke of Matau hitting on Nokama or whatever was non canon. Also, I think Jaller and Hahli are too busy being toa to get too close. And uhh... I don't think there was actually a thing between Tahu and Gali. That is just a fan thing.
