It is not the fog it is that drivers are ignorant of driving rules. It is a general rule that you must drive slow in fog keeping the state of visibility. Look the impact of accident on the cars and you will see that they were not driving slow in fog,
reporting and uploading video is just one thing, most important thing is why this type of accident happened, so that other car driver will alert to avoid these type of accident..
Its remind me Dubai fog accident in which 100 cars got hits and many peoples die.
those drivers drive in night and especially in fog season and areas I would advice them that they avoid night driving if that not possible then keep extra beam high lights for fog so that other drivers can be alert.
these r the defects of motorways...
