Rock Band 3 is going towards the more realistic way of music in the musical gaming as this, Guitar Hero 6, is going towards the more fairytale way of it.. Basically, both games are going to be polar opposite of each other.. I would like to see one of these have the whole set of instruments put together, turn-table, keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, and vocals.. Then you can have artists such as: Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, Twiztid, Black Eyed Peas, Daft Punk, ect.: in the set list..

It's my favorite Guitar Hero game just behind GH2. Do I want to pay $60 for more of the same thing? No. The worse thing to do to any video game is re-release the same thing with a single difference here and there. If a game wants to be appealing, it needs to spice things up and make it look like there much more new things to offer.

@darkwater124 Quest Mode will add some replay value, 13 challenges a song in quickplay+, and there is some other stuff that they haven't talked about yet. Nothing as revolutionary as a keyboard but GH isn't exactly given a lot of support from ATVI these days. Expect DJ Hero to get more dev time if anything. Are you going to buy that $300 guitar for Pro Mode in RB3?

@toymasheenSH I heard it was only $150. Plus, I'm getting near $1000 for my college refund check. Honestly, I didn't see much a difference between Quest mode and GHWT's career mode (beat a couple songs in a setlist, then move to the next venue while having unskippable cutscences). And I don't really see too much difference between Quickplay+ and the GH5 career mode. I can't say I don't like the game, it hasn't come out yet, but I can say they're doing a bad job trying to convince me to buy it.
