One phrase I wish to emphasize is this: "Dual Use" now these two words are as significant as the sun. If the Texas Ranger Recon Team will be used to bring down the two factions of drug smugglers with one teamed up by Juárez Cartel, Los Zetas, Beltrán-Leyva Cartel‎‎ and the Tijuana Cartel. While the other aligned by the La Familia, Sinaloa Cartel and the Gulf Cartel; then I'm all for their efforts. However if they're going to subsequently be used to spy on American people then I reject that!
