The first time I watched this part in the show I thought it was "In A House, In A Heartbeat" from 28 days later too. But if you listen carefuly I'm pretty sure it's not; it's just an awesome soundtrack that sounds very similar, or it might even be a remix. Whatever the case, I think it's safe to assume that the makers of this are paying some kind of homage to 28 Days Later none the less.

I love how Takashi looks in this scene as the sun reveals itself from behind the clouds. Something like crazed, especially in his eyes. He almost even resembles the zombies in a way here.
