Wow -this is just how I remembered it. Was quite a moment! One I won't forget, and I hope Paul remembers it too like he said he would. Nice to be part of such a remarkable and memorable audience.

And the camera work was pretty good, I was their at the concert both nights, me and Paul had dinner together. It was quite a touching moment when the sound stuffed out. Great concert.

what this guy failed to video was that paul simon said thanks to the crowd and that 'he would never forget their help'. I went to both concerts and sat night was the best by far.

Great clip jedeye10, thanks for posting it. From the back of the arena the sound system break down was much more pronounced than it sounds here, but the recovery was amazing - and what an appropriate song for the crowd to come to the rescue in! After thanking the crowd for helping out Paul said something like 'That was so cool, I will never forget it'. Great moment!
