No, this song is the boss music from Final Fantasy 4 (2 SNES), the song plays when you're fighting a normal boss - like Baigan or Mist Dragon, not Scarmiglione or any of the other fiends.

In my opinion, Jet Force is worthy of a 9 or 10, if you are having trouble with the controls learn that it is about holding the R trigger to stay in aiming to clear enemies, then explore in free form third person. This game is in my top ten ever and I don't think your review truly justified why you said the game was 'underrated' underappreciated would have been a better term in correspondance to your review.
