Routier = can give out 100 SP to surrounding party members. Just have her at 200 SP, surround her with the other 5, give 'em the SP, and watch the fireworks.

2. Weiss/Vice... Vice is how the characters say it, Weiss is the spelling.. or at least close enough... makes sense later on too
