It takes the earth 24 hours to rotate around itself, it rotates in the same speed always and very slowly so that we cannot feel anything of the acctual rotation. And ofcourse it takes the earth 365 days to rotate itself around the sun.

In North Rhine Tv we are working with green screen. I do not know if it tells you something. If not you can google it even once. It has a video download function that either comes up automatically when you scroll over the video or can be activated with the "Right Click" button of your mouse. It works on most videos, not so much on Flash-type vids. You can convert it to different formats if you don't want to play it on Real Player.

now pay attention kiddies, if you look very closely you will notice that the earth has a curved surface. this indicates that the earth is a sphere. technically it is an oblate spheroid that bulges at the equator and is somewhat flattened at the poles. also the earth is tilted relative to the plane of the ecliptic. thus, the tilt of the earth is the primary reason for the seasons. the curved surface is the prime reason for weather due to differential heating. additionally you will notice..

No this isn't the actual speed of the earth rotation. The earth revolves roughly 360 degrees every 24 hours or approx. 1 degree every 4 minutes.

Ah yes I forgot about that whole leap year thing.  According to Wikipedia an earth day is about 86164 seconds or 23:56:40 hours. So 1 degree of rotation every 00:03:59:20.
